Planner Cake Press Stickers FAQ

For stickers from my Planner Cake Press shop, I only accept payment through Paypal. With Paypal, you can use a credit card or your Paypal account to pay for the order. Please, make sure your Paypal address is up to date with your correct mailing address. No refunds will be given for wrong addresses.

Flat rate shipping! Shipping of my planner stickers is $3.50 for all order being shipped within the USA. No international orders at this time. Thank you for understanding.

All orders are shipped through USPS first class mail. Tracking is included for all orders within the US.

Please, make sure your PayPal address is correct. I can’t make changes to your address once your order has been shipped and no refunds are given for address errors.

Please, note, it may take up to 48 hours before USPS makes tracking available for your order.

Once shipped, within the US, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days but can take longer depending on USPS.

To ensure the protection of your purchase, sticker sheets are sealed within a clear cellophane bag and packed in a rigid cardboard mailer.

My current processing time is currently 3-5 business days (M-F) before shipping. The processing time includes the printing, cutting, and packaging of your stickers.

Because I am catching up on custom requests and work obligations elsewhere, I am unable to take on new custom sticker requests at this time.

Yes! All of the artwork on the stickers I sell is original and created by hand by me (© Chrissy H. Studios, LLC). The stickers in this shop are for personal use only. You may use them personally in your own planners, scrapbooks, and calendars, etc. You may also purchase them as gifts for others.

Please, be kind, and do not steal, copy or modify any of my creations for sale or redistribution offline, online, on Etsy or any print on demand retailer. Any and all copyright infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Personalized orders are slightly different from custom orders. An example of a personalized order is: I’d like the set of nurse stickers, but instead of different colored scrubs (as pictured), I’d like the nurses to wear only green scrubs. Because I am pressed for time, I am only taking bulk orders (no less than 5 sheets of the same design) of personalized requests and charging an additional $7 fee to create the new image file and cut file.

1. Only high quality, brand name ink / toner is used to print each sticker so you get a consistent color experience with every order.

2. Paper is purchased from only the sources I trust, and a variety of price options and paper types are available from which you can choose.

3. The artwork on each sticker is original and created by me. I do not buy or use clip art created by someone else to use on my stickers.

4. I personally print, cut and package each order myself as I receive them. These stickers are not mass produced and cannot not be bought elsewhere.

Customer information is used for:

– filling and completing your orders
– working on a special request with you
– internal record keeping
– evidence against fraudulent activity

It may also be used to:
– improve our products and services

– Your address is also shared with USPS to create shipping labels for your order
